Game is too dark and cant change brightness

My game is too dark. The only time i can play with high brightness, when i lower the shader complexity. With that game look like *.

Drivers are up to date. You can find dxdiag file attached.
I tried adding gama line in setting.ini and run it with full screen but didnt do anything. Help me please
Can you try a game repair first up per this link
also if you havent tried already run the game just on the intel card and see if any difference
