Do you know what audio driver would be good for my computer?
This doesn't appear to be the audio driver itself , look for IDT Audio or Tempo Semiconductor, Inc. and uninstall it , it appears to be a equaliser program.

I can't find either of those.
try Sigmatel Audio system tray or C-Major Audio
right mouse click on the task bar, open task manager, and see if you can find it listed in the task manager
See here for what to look for (don't click anything on that page, link is just info to what to look for)

I've looked all over the task manager, and I can't find anything named sttray64.exe.

I've also done a Windows Defender scan. No malicious software was found.

It keeps saying "No Solution Found." Honestly, this is getting ridiculous.
