Game not loading

When I click Play (after download full game) the resolution changes and the launcher minimizes but the game does not load. I see the process in the task manager and I can do alt tab to the game app b...

When the game starts press ALT + Enter keys (may need twice) see if that corrects the desktop resolution

I did that and the game went to windowed, then I chose a different resolution and fullscreen and it worked. Thanks!
