Game won't launch when hitting play on launcher

Just did a fresh windows 10 install on a new hard drive.  Been installing all my games and running them with no issues.   Except SWTOR.  Game will not launch.  Tried all the options listed on this s...

Does EA/Bioware even HAVE Tech Support anymore????  I've had this issue for 10 days, and the only people even trying to help me are fellow players.  Not ONE response for anyone that actually works for this game.  Unbelieveable.

Your issue is unique and I am still trying to think on a cause and further things to look into given what has been tried so far.
