i tried to login with my steam account but it just says "We can't log you in, Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again." , my swtor account isent linked with any steam account yet. i then tried to login with my brothers steam account on the same pc and their it works and it links the steam account with the swtor account. whats going on here?
you can only link one swtor account to a steam account, if that steam account has a swtor account linked already , if you try to login with a different account you will get that message
you will also get that message if that swtor account is already linked to another steam account
so i somehow have already a swtor account linked to my steam account? is their a way to unlink it via steam? because i have no clue what that swtor account would be.
wait my first swtor account try was with gmail but i dident get any verification email but i still tried to login via steam. did that linked it to my steam profile even if i am not succesfully logedin?
only way i know of is to log into the swtor account and unlink it , just note if your swtor account is linked to your brothers steam account it needs to be unlinked to link elsewhere too
you could try and call swtor support when the lines are open and see if they can help further
i guess try any other swtor accounts used in that household first

When you download and launch Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ through Steam for the first time, you’ll be asked to sign in to the SW:TOR launcher. Doing this links your SW:TOR account to the Steam account that’s currently signed in on your computer.
