Getting a eroor when trying to subscribe to SWTOR

Getting this Error when trying to purchase a subscription to my SWTOR account. There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance. I have tried everything that I read on here updated email and changed passwords and still getting
