getting banned for shittalking with friend in group chat

i was talking to a friend whilst being in a  group and i recieved a 7 day ban for inappropriate language. since im pretty damn sure my friend didnt report me, allow me to kindly ask what the actual ...

It is also against the TOS to discuss moderation , swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com  are the only ones that handle disputes , CS are also unable to action disputes

    some one would of reported you to initiate an investigation of the chat logs
