Graphics Issues in SWTOR - Not There Before

    The simplicity of this post peeves me but I have found a fix. 

    It appears that my video driver can't handle bloom. I manually fixed all my in-game graphics settings, even up to Ultra, but I took off bloom. And that seemed to be the fix. Without bloom, the glitch doesn't appear, and I even tested out some cutscenes. Every other setting can be maxed out, but bloom needs to be off. 

    Long-term, that disappoints me, but short-term, I'm okay with this. I unfortunately have zero idea if, back when I regularly played this game, bloom was EVER on, but it can't be on anymore I suppose, at least Intel updates their video drivers so I actually use it!

Yes, that's the one from January and the one I already had that was causing the glitch.

    See if the directions at this link help , if not you may need to talk to toshiba

    odd the one from January is 15.36.33.4578 yet your dxdiag showed 10.18.14.4414 dated 7/28/2016 was installed

    I'll play around a little bit. There's always the possibility that I got the two drivers confused since both gave me the same error and I am totally clueless and fried haha. Thanks again so much for the help! I hope this gets resolved soon.

    Grab the zip versions of the drivers, extract the files into a known folder location like c:\drivers and then follow the directions linked in my last post
