Graphics problem - plan characters - infinite weapons

Hi, I have a problem with my graphics, all characters are viewed as floor plan and the weapons are infinite and as a result I cannot play the game.

My computer:

motherboard: Asus p8z68-v_gen3,

CPU: intel i7,

graphic card: Asus GTX660 Ti

ram: 8GB

can you confirm if the below sorts this for you ?

Press the Windows key and select settings

Go into Time and language, select region and language on the left

Click additional date, time & regional settings

Under region click the link for change date, time and number formats

Click additional settings at the bottom

Click either reset , or ensure . is decimal symbol and , is digit grouping symbol

Want currency to display as $ 1,000.00

I have seen this before the forum shift andmaybe recently as well (will look) have you posted about this before ?

Try switching AA off any change ?

this is the first time I posted it.
I have tried everything, reinstall windows, drivers, game, downgrade and upgrade graphic drivers, delete cache, delete folders, repair game but with no use.
I switched off AA but with no use again.

I have been looking where I have seen this before , haven't found it yet

I remember a thread with a photo of a pancaked companion on fleet, looked like yours

May not find it today i'm afraid its 11:24pm here (Australia)

Can you post a dxdiag so can have hardware and drivers on record for this issue

Couldn't find the post I was thinking of it was a photo of a pancaked companion like yours, just a flat smudge on the ground

Did find this with a 650Ti similar ?

TY very much, problem solved after resetting settings in Control PAnel->Region->Advanced settings at Number and Currency tabs
