Had to wipe phone. Can't login because of Security code.
Where can I get this reset or removed? So I can add it again to my phone. Because it is asking for a serial number which I cant get until I log in to the account.

All going well in your web browser login to www.swtor.com with just your username and password and leave the key blank, the next screen should have a remove your key link as shown in this link
When I try doing that, there is no link to remove it. Only thing it says is to contact Customer Service if I dont believe I have a code linked to the account.
Try using your mobile phone to go to swtor.com and login , some have reported it ok there even with the link missiing on the PC browser for some reason
other then that CS can remove by phone

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
It seems that I will have to remove it by phone tomorrow. since the link still does not pop up on my Mobile Phone. Thanks for your help. Will try calling when they open.
