Havent played for around 10 years and now account suspended

Hello! I haven't logged into my account for about 10 years and then I decided to play again, look at my character and how the game has changed during this time, but after I recovered my password I still couldn't log into my account because it was suspended. I didnt find any accesable way to contact support so i ask here, what to do? Is it lost forever and i should forget about my character and the game, or is it  possible to restore access to suspended account, if so then how to contact support, if not by phone?
