[HELP] Launcher issues after each Game Patch

Thanks a lot for replying this. Let me answer your questions:

• Yes. The launcher when tries to patch says: "An error occured updating. Repair (5)" when I click "Repair" the launcher finishes the scan, and freeze when says "Repairing 15 file(s)" (The number never changed) and stays there, I need close the Launcher to refresh again, but when I close and open the launcher, acts like it was updated but it's not. And when tries to repair, says a connection problem can't upload or something like that, I don't remember what exactly said, but stop the repairing and way the process of reopenning the launcher.

• With ST launcher, when the Launcher was preparing for play the game, BitRaider started to consume 90% of my Disk, making my PC completly slow. Also, the launcher took around 5 minutes to load. Also, with ST Launcher was impossible get the patch update, I eliminated BitRaider folders to make the launcher repair itself but nothing, and when I reinstall the game, like I said, BitRaider started to consume 90% of my disk and my PC very slow. And when the ST Launcher (After those 5 minites) finished the Verifying ready to hit the "Play" button, the BitRaider dissapeared from my Manager Task and the PC reamined stabled. The Verifying and the Loading of the Launcher happens during a patch or reinstallation and when I wait to fully load to play the game, when I hit "Play" the game run normal with my PC stable. The main problem was BitRaider consuming that ammount of space. And when I tried to re-install the game, the porcentage of downloading was (-100%) and decided to delete BitRaider completly.

At this exactly momment I'm trying to load the launcher and seems the repairing is working, still, If the repairing stop again I'll do the second option of the Repair Utility and see If all works.

I tried with the Launcher Repair Utility and followed the steps you told me, and the Launcher acts like the Launcher is patched and it's not, when I click "Play" the game says: "Your current version not matches with the servers". When I reopen the Launcher and hit the button "Repair" (After using the Utility), the launcher freeze trying to find the Patch but can't download it and says "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check Network Connection (208)" 

Before I used the Utility, the Launcher "Fixed" those 15 files, but keeps having problems with the patching, It's not patching itself.

Also, I took my time to check my Launcher.settings and I saw this with the log_levels and loglevels "INFO,SSNFO,ERROR" Is that might be the problem?

UPDATE

The launcher keeps not patching, when I press the "repair" says :"Unable to retrieve patch data. Check Network connection (208)" then I pressed multiple times the "Repair" and the Launcher Downloaled: "Game Client 221" and allows me to play the game without a problem, but.. If I close the game and reopen it... The Launcher starts downloading in this sequence: "Game Client 1" > "Game Client 220" > Allows to play > Press Play > "Your current game not matches with the server version"

That is now the issue, everytime the Game Client 221 is succesfully downloaled, restarting the game forces the Game Client 220 being installed.

I suppose my only method is reinstall the entire game, right?
