Help! No sound in SWOTOR

I installed SWTOR yesterday after a good few years of not playing, and resubscribed before the install finished, however, I’m having issues now after booting up the game - I had no problems installin...

    @Jagzeh

    MSVCR90.dll is a Microsoft Visual C Runtime Link Library

    0xc000012f  error as displayed indicates corruption , most likely C++ is corrupted this issue is outside of the game itself although it is stopping the game from launching.

    Microsoft offers the latest versions via this link  and i would start with C++ 2012

    There maybe some other thing going on here causing issues , a fresh install should not have a corrupted C++ version 

    Run a chkdsk and check the memory sticks etc , i suspect if not already you are going to see errors appearing from more then just swtor
