HELP!!!

My computer crashed and I had to wipe everything and I forgot my email and username for my SWTOR account is there any way I can verify my identity and regain access to my account? I have put in about probably 500+ hours of time in and spent real money and I really don't want to lose the account.

    You can try calling them. Since you've spent real money they might be able to help you find your account, if you at least know what server you played on and what some of your toons' names. How does wiping your computer mean you forget your email. though?

    It was just an old account and I had it set to remember my login so I never really needed it and my computer crashed randomly and required being wiped because the same issue kept happening and I wasn't able to fix it after trying every fix I found online. And on their help forum it says that feature is for subscribers only. Free to play and Preferred status players must ask on here.

    No one on here can help you with your account. This forum is just player provided support. Call them. From the page I linked: 

    If you need help with your account, encounter an error while making a payment, or are unable to log in to the game, please contact the Star Wars: The Old Republic Customer Service team by phone.

    Since this is related to your account and potentially payment, they should help you with this. You just can't submit a ticket in game is all.
