Does [edit: email address removed] still work? I thought it was discontinued or something.
support@swtor.com works, but it takes time it is more like an last resort contact way.
I would say the average turn around time is about 24 - 72 hours not including weekends. Someone else had an issue with their account and got a response fairly quickly. If you email them I would not expect a response till Monday or Wednesday at the latest.
Well, I've just now gotten around to emailing them. I hope they respond.
It's been weeks and they still haven't replied. Does anyone have a solution?
