I did the password reset and tried to buy the 60 day one time purchase plan and it guided me to the same Maintenance message (SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic) and I also tried it on Incognito Mode in Chrome and also on Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.
You need to reset the password on the EA account that uses your swtor email , and then be sure to login on that EA account, it is not the EA account Aslahe that your posting on at present
Oh I see, it seems I used a different email at the time and I am using a different one now. I don't know how I can reset my password there if I don't know the email and password of it.
Is there anyway I can change the email to the one I am using now?

The email is the yahoo email as used on your swtor account , so you know the email address
