Hk missions reset and Hk parts missing. When will there be a fix, if ever?

My HK missions reset back to nearly the beginning of the mission line.  All the parts I have already recovered except for the 2 Legacy bound pieces are missing from my mission items.  I am not the on...

I believe you've posted to the wrong support forum. Are you speaking of SWTOR?

    According to the address of this page it is for SWTOR and so does the title above. Yes, I am talking about SWTOR.  At 4.0 they reset my HK 51 quest and took all my parts away. I am STILL waiting for a fix. The person that answered my ticket said it was a BUG to be ADDRESSED later. THAT WAS NOVEMBER 2015.  I am a bit angry. I am going to find other places and make yet another ticket.  This is nuts.
