how can i get swtor to work on windows 7 in 2018

I can download it and install it but when i click on the launcher the i get click yes or no from UAC and i click yes and then nothing no launcher nothing. I don't know what to do. I have searched but everything to fix it is from years ago and doesn't work has anyone in this time of 2018 gotten it to work on Windows 7?

    Cant see anything obvious, have you tested to see if the launcher works if you create a new windows administrator user account ?

    Ensure all windows updates are done , there should be no reason it doesnt work on windows 7.

    The issue is the launcher not appearing it seems, i gather you have tried the repair utility at this link and run the launcher shortcut by right mouse clicking and select run as administrator

    Can provide a dxdiag per this link it may help
