How do I get in contact with support???

Hello! I have an old SWTOR account connected to my steam that when I try to log into tells me that it is suspended. I am pretty sure that this is due to the fact that I had previously purchased a subscription but had to have it refunded as I accidentally purchased one for 180 days and not the 30 days I wanted. I want to get the account back but I can't for the love of me find an email or literally ANYTHING that isn't a darn phone number that I have to call (Which will cost alot of money). Does anyone know how I can contact them or straight up delete my account so that I can make a new one on my steam? Thanks!
