I havent played for YEARS years but was at intial launch of SWTOR, However my account has been suspended i would be fussed but i bought the collectors edition it was like 200 or 300 euros so i aint t...

you can email mailto:support@swtor.com , however for account suspensions they will ask you to call when the lines are open
