how to close a ticket?
how to close ticket in swtor ?
every time i try to close or update the tiket i got a message that say "there was a problem closing your ticket, please try again later"
That is why you cannot close the ticket. The in-game ticket system is for subscribers only. It's giving you an error because you are not currently subscribed.
You would either need to subscribe to close the ticket or you can email the ticket number to support@swtor.com and ask the ticket be closed since you are not a subscriber. I would also include your chsrchara name and server the ticket is associated to.
