how to delete my swtor account

So, I am done with this game and I would like to delete my account so I won't have second thoughts about coming back to play, is there a way?

You can cancel or delete your account at any time by going to EA Help and following the directions to delete your account. Please make sure to include your Star Wars: The Old Republic account details especially if you have not connected SWTOR to your EA Account.

No there is no way to delete your actual account. You can delete all your characters or even change your password to something you won't remember, cancel your subscription if you have one but that's it.

Yeah, well I think all that I can do now is uninstall and try to forget about the 3 years I spent playing this, thanks for replying 🙂
