How to get a refunds from missing purchases or restore cartel coins?

I purchased a lightsaber for a trooper unfortunately the content is missing. How do I get a refund back or I get back my 500 cartel coins because it was a waste.

Please help me on how I can get a refund or bring back my 500 cartel coins
