when i check router settings i see no options to turn upnp on or off but when i check the manual it says its supported. anyway i checked the link and it was no go i didnt have stuff at the link listed as my problem.
i had to manually forward my ports cause for some reason my game wouldnt launch. when i did that it was able to launch the launchpad GUI 1 time. then if i close it and try again, it does not open. i need help with this badly. when i said it was fixed in the other thread. this was the problem, it only worked 1 time then it stopped working.
Have you considered turning the firewall off on the router as a test to confirm this is the issue ?

it wont allow me to turn the firewall completely off its at the low setting LAN-to-WAN Allow all WAN-to-LAN allow all. but besides that I had a spectrum technician on the phone they forwarded the ports required for this game. it worked 1 time after restarting the router. but after that closing the launcher or the game 1 time and it doesn't work again, even if the port forwarded rules are still there in the router control panel. but still the game doesn't work.
do u know how to get the game to work all the time around the port forwarding issue?

You mean to say that they port forwarded over 13000 ports to one PC ? - Link to ports required to be open.
I would get them to remove all port forwards , if the router is set to low on the firewall. Without knowing your setup and even modem you are best talking to spectrum.
You can narrow down the issue is solely the router, best way is connect your PC to say a Mobile data connection and again test to see if it behaves
or if you can take your system to a friends house, connect to their network and see if it behaves.
