How to Keep Ports Open for SWTOR to successfully Launch the Game?

ok basically my swtor launcher only opens up once even after opening the correct ports then after closing it doesnt open if i try again. im wondering how can i keep the ports open all the time so the...

DNS server and subnet have to resolve to numbers , what have you been provided ?

eg if you open a command prompt as administrator and just type nslookup and press enter it will give you the ip of the dns server being used 

mine is 103.85.35.89  , the name and numbers above it is not the right thing to enter
