How to launch KOTFE with freshly created lvl 65 character?

    Yes

    F2P players and Preferred that have not subscribed after a particular expansion does not gain access to new expansions until at leased subscribed for 30 days.

    By default F2P and a preferred player that has not subscribed only can level to 50 and has no access to the expansions.

    There was a free trial of chapter 1 a while back but believe that is finished.

    So to use an instant level 60 or 65 character made with a token , needs to have access to that expansion.

    Any one subscribing for 30 days will get access to all the expansions at the time of subscription and if drops back to preferred can still access those expansions.

Have you subscribed at some point after the release of kotfe to gain access to these chapters ?

If you have access to these chapters, travel to fleet and try right mouse clicking on your character portrait and select reset all active phases and retry

No. I halted the subscription long before KOTFE was released. So that means the "Outlander" token that you can purchase on Cartel Market can only unlock an additional character slot across all server and that's all?
