how to unsubscribe?
No need to delete my tickets. The answers given by your managers are not relevant. There is no "unsubscribe" button on the site, so tell me how to cancel it?

Cancel your subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription to Star Wars: The Old Republic:
- Start by logging into your account on swtor.com.
- Click on Subscriptions in the Account Management sidebar to the right of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel your subscription.
Follow the prompts to complete your subscription cancellation.
Note the link mentioned above only exists if a subscription exists, if no subscription exists the link is simply not there
If you have subscribed via steam then you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account per https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/726E-E811-168F-0D9E#:~:text=to%20your%20cart.-,How%20do%20I%20manage%20or%20cancel%20my%20Subscription%3F,until%20the%20paid%20plan%20expires.
