i am subscribed but game says i am preferred
I have subscribed during my 7 day gift to get back into the game but now when I log in it is saying that I am preferred, game time is already ticking down and I want to play tonight, this is unacceptable, contacting customer support is not an option as I live in South Africa and it will cost me almost the same amount as a sub to call
