You can write a ticket in the game (if you're a subscriber) or send an email to support@swtor.com. They should be able to help you with your problem. 🙂

7 years ago@KotPan It looks like the item was consumed without it actually applying the unlock. There should be a replacement in your mailbox, can you try again? Right click the item to consume it.

@KotPan You shouldn't need to, no. Shoud just be a simple account unlock. Can you send an email to support@swtor.com explaining the situation? You can also link to this thread so our in-game guys can check it out.
