So decided to try returning to see what all has changed. came to find the physical digipass security key fob battery died and i have forgotten my password over the years. so i cannot sign in nor can i reset the password or remove the security key. they made it even harder to get ahold of them directly so i have no clue how i am supposed to get back into my account when i can't even send a support ticket and these useless **bleep** at ea don't answer the phones and such. is there anyone that may be able to assist or point me in the right direction at least?

If you dont have the key code and also dont have the password then you need to call when the lines are open to remove the key to allow you to do a password reset

if you knew the password then you could remove the key yourself per this guide
