Hello! I have this problem "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance."

As was pointed out in the message you'll need to get in touch with Support as unfortunately because this is an account issue we can't help directly with it here on the forum for a number of reasons including account security and so for that you need to get in touch with SWTOR support direclty and they'll be able to look into this for you.-
