I cant find my collected item.
Hello all, my problem is about Wayfarer's Robe. In 2014, i was purchase for make Darth Nihilus outfit for my account. After all this time i began to Swtor again in 2021. I purchased Nihilus's mask and opened my collection. I can see wayfarer's robe in there as a "collected" but i cant do anything. I'm okay for paying 400 cc for open it but i cant doing that also too. Because i cant click anything, only i can see robe as a collected. Also i cant find my item anywhere. When i checked Swtor Subs Forum, i cant find any solution in there. Anyone help me about it, thanks in advance.
the wayfarer robe you can't claim copy from collection as it is one of the set that gives stats, it is also mentioned if you check the item via the collection window
support had a look for you and can see you bought in 2013 ... but the character is no longer existing (was also before the server merge) ... and don't seem to be able to see the armor anywhere , so might want to check the GTN etc is best can suggest i'm afraid
