I can't log into my SW: TOR account

Hello everyone. I don't know where to bang my head anymore and I'm writing here because I can't find any other place to do it. I wanted to go back to SW: TOR. I access origin, download it, install it and so far so good. I'm logged in and can't. Changing my password gives me an error without specifying what error it gives. I have a Security Key, that of the encrypted key taken from my collector edition of SW: TOR, which however has a low battery. He is able to give me the code, which I insert but magic, it does not work, still unspecified error. I tried to download the security key app, but when I go to register the game code, extrapolated from the Origin options, it tells me that there is an incorrect code letter (the first one), which is impossible because it is inserted correctly. I don't know what to do to solve anymore.
