at first I wasn't getting the confirmation emails, then i changed my address to googlemail instead of hotmail now I get the emails saying my account as been updated but still can't log into my character, which is really irritating considering i did this back in 2010 when i created the account
You can use the forgot your password feature to see if you can reset your password or re validate your email. If your still having issues you can contact customer service as below and they will ask questions to verify your account. Once verified they should be able to reset your account so you can log in:
