if you have purchased a subscription with steam , swtor do not have visibility of that as steam is a 3rd party vendor
you need to email the proof of purchase per the very top sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
otherwise you can call swtor support when the lines open and request to attach the screenshots to an EA ticket whilst on the phone
Thanks for the help! I wish the game support was as fast as you are! I sent the email yesterday, I believe it is as complete as possible, with all the required information, but until now there is no response and unfortunately there is no service in my country.
Will they take too long to answer me?
How will these days be and the credits lost in my characters?
