I lost security Key

The security key is an app for mobile devices.  If your referring to physical security key those are no longer sold or made.  You may be able to find one on eBay for example.

If you had a mobile security key and you will need to remove the old one first before you can add a new one.  The following article shows how to remove a security key.

The method described on that page works providing the system hasn't flagged the account for suspicious activity in which case you need to call CS to get the key removed.

I just logged in and took a snapshot of the link to remove the key on my account if that is what you mean

Actually it needs to be done on the website not the launcher ...... I need to report the launcher as it doesn't redirect correctly

if you login on the website with just username and password and login it prompts for the security key
