I purchased a subscription, but it fails to charge me for money

Hello. I received subscription and all bonuses with it . Still, as title states, something is wrong with my payment. Every time (I think that was stupid to be honest, but i tried at least two times) ...

the 60 rubles are a merchant card verification charge ( they auto refund after 3 - 5 days) , credit card is need for a subscription , you may be able to purchase the 60 day sub with a debit card

failing that try purchasing through steam after linking steam and swtor accounts together

What to do if the verification charge (those 60 rubles) was never returned to the account? Already 10+ days have passed since their cancellation.

    @Belegtor 

    It should only show as purchase authorization ? in which case the money is in limbo in the banking system
