I was reverted back to preferred?

As the title says, I paid for 60 days worth of subscription. I had to reinstall the game since I was dealing with technical issues with the game. Once I logged back in, I saw that I was back to preferred and that all subscriber benefits were removed from my characters. Can someone please explain what I can do?
