In-game Ticket also use a longggggg time to response right? I'm waiting for their response almost 3 weeks and i still hope that they will come and solve my problem. And my problem is I accidently delete my 224 hilt and mod by modifiy my MH that showed how stupid i'm. Anyone wants to share ur problem ?
It can take them a while. One was about an item not unlocking from the CM and the other was about the level 60 token. The 60 token took a few days to get a response on, the CM item took about a month. If you don't get a response soon it may help to email them and reference the ticket number in the email to check up on if anything has done. However, do not open a new ticket, opening a new ticket from my understanding will get your issue put at a lower priority.
