Locked out by discontinued SWTOR Security Key app, cannot complete OTP
Hello BioWare / EA team,
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I've been a SWTOR player for many years and my account has been protected by the official SWTOR Security Key mobile app. After changing my phone, I realized the app is no longer supported and I can't generate one-time codes anymore.
I've tried the self-service "Lost Your Security Key, Request a One-Time Password" flow, but the OTP is sent to the email currently on file, and I'm no longer sure which inbox that is. So I have no way to receive the code and complete the removal myself.
To be clear: I'm not asking for a password reset. I know the password. I just need help removing the Security Key from the account so I can log in normally.
I already opened a case through EA Help, but it was closed without resolution. I have all the proof of ownership a CSR could reasonably ask for, recent billing through Steam, an original BioWare confirmation email from years ago, character and server details, and I'm happy to provide everything privately to a staff member who can act on it.
Could a community manager or support specialist please reach out so I can share the details through a secure channel? Any help getting this case looked at again would be sincerely appreciated.
Note: i'm in Saudi Arabia so its hard to call any number
