Ineligible for KotFE trial despite filling all criteria.

I am ineligible for the free trial for KotFE despite having been a previous subscriber (for a few months when SWTOR first released). I cancelled my account back then and have not played SWTOR agai...

Where is the free trial of KOTFE mentioned ?

  • Must have previously signed up for a Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ recurring subscription using a valid payment method, redeemed a Star Wars: The Old Republic game time code or redeemed a Star Wars: The Old Republic game product Registration code
  • Account must be in an inactive Subscription status due to cancellation
  • Must be opted-in to hear from Star Wars: The Old Republic via email
  • Players who have already unlocked the Knights of the Fallen Empire Digital Expansion do not qualify
  • Accounts that have already activated the Knights of the Fallen Empire Chapter 1 trial and banned accounts do not qualify

If your referring to the 7 day friend referral this does not grant access to KOTFE , only way is to subscribe with real money.

    I'm not talking about the 7 day friend recruit thing. I'm talking about the offer for ex-subscribers to get a free level 60 and a trial of the first chapter of KotFE available until January 4th. It pops up on my swtor screen every time I load the game. In the criteria you posted it specifically says "account must be in an inactive subscription status due to cancellation, which mine is.

      I presume emails are opted in etc

      can only suggest send an email to support@swtor.com and provide the username of the account and see if they will look into it.
