Installer.exe/Setup.exe won't run at all (Windows 7)

Basically title. Downloaded Setup after making an account. Ran that file which only extracts a folder under User\AppData etc. Found that folder but neither Installer.exe or Setup.exe in that folder...

Created C:\SWTOR, downloaded and extracted, and yes, Launcher.exe works from there.

All the other stuff is up to date and, firewall permissions etc are all checked.

    As far as I can tell! I'm assuming installing like this won't cause any future problems. Thanks for the help.
