There are only three ways to contact support. An In-game ticket for subscribers for in-game tech issues or reporting bugs, email support@swtor.com and then phone via normal phone or skype. For account related issues you would normally call as for security purposes that is the only support available via phone or skype.
If you referring to the origin code that isn't working, we have sent multiple examples to EA about the issue to try to get a resolution but right now no specific ETA just that it's being investigated. If you call they may be able to apply the code themselves in some way. You can try to email but they may refer you to still call.
