Issue with character login into SWTOR - stuck in loading screen

Issue with login into SWTOR. One of my chars is located in her personal spaceship and has been before Kotfe prelaunch. When I tried to log in to that char I get stuck in the loading screen at the sa...

What's wrong with an ingame ticket?

I've had to make one since that since 4.0.1, my shipboard commandos cannot be logged into.

Besides which, it's an ingame issue, they don't deal with that kind of thing over the phone.

If this was a trooper the issue should be fixed now  , see here

Otherwise Agreed, Ingame ticket is best for this , request that character be relocated to fleet due to unable to load into stronghold.

Calling will likely say create a ingame ticket , or manually create one for you.
