Support said the purchase was for cartel coins, and they can see they have been provided to the account ok
That is not true. I selected a 12 month package that was offered with a bonus of cartel coins. If you are not going to honor it then please issue a refund.

Additional Info: I looked and no longer see the 12 month package with cartel coins. In fact I no longer see a 12 month subscription option at all... I think at this point a refund would be the correct path forward and of course remove any cartel coins that you may have added to my account in the process.

swtor have never offered anything longer then 6 months for a subscription
