Issues with SecKey "Sorry we couldn't find your serial number. Try Again ?"

I am having issues with putting a new security key on my account.  I was able to remove the old one. Install the new app from Google and put on my serial code to it. But the issue is that the websit...

    Try using say google auth instead see if the same issue, see this link for some alternatives then the swtor app

Already done all of those no effect on situation.

That guide was followed.Helps like these are the first things I try.

The error stated occurred after the serial was in app. And when i put in the reply code on the key into website. 

This was mentioned in original post.

    My origjinal one was the google authenticator. I'll look into it

      Seems that the google authenticator one worked while the swtor authenticator app didn't.
