Issues with Steam Subscription

Question

I came back to the game recently after a years long hiatus and purchased a subscription through Steam. The purchase went through, however I'm still listed as a preferred account. I also emailed support some screenshots of the receipt and Steam account and have yet to get a response back.

have flagged to check the account , just be aware it will be Tuesday before a response will be available here , this is due to Monday is a holiday for swtor support

gametime has been added&nbsp;

if not done so yet, you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account, it can be repurchased when this gametime ends
