Jedi Shadow -- Clairvoyance Questions
1) Is two stacks of Clairvoyance supposed to give Psychokinetic Blast (Project replacement) a 100% chance to build a stack of Breaching Shadows by triggering your Shadow Technique? Clairvoyant Strike's tooltip only mentions Project.
2) Is the Shadow Technique triggering applied to the Psychokinetic Blast, or must a melee attack still be made afterward?
3) Assuming that Psychokinetic Blast is supposed to build a stack of Breaching Shadows 100% of the time when used with two stacks of Clairvoyance, why doesn't it?
