Jedi Under Siege - Bugged Quest

I'm currently trying to finish Jedi Under Siege questline but whenever I enter the Jedi Library in Ossus and talk to Darth Malgus, he doesn't appear as a companion to help through the quest phas...

    @SkrapiDu 

    Do you have a KOTFE or KOTET chapter active in your quest log, or perhaps Shroud of Memory? They disable Malgus, Tau and Anri, so if you have them in your mission log you should complete them first, then reset the quest you're having trouble with, and the NPC will come back.

I have a KOTET chapter active, I'll see if that fixes it!
