Seems there has been an issue with the payment, seems it is still awaiting payment, once this payment closes then the gametime should add
Swtor support are also keeping an eye on the invoice to see if any issues when it completes, if the payment changes from open to closed and still no gametime, you can advise that here if need and can followup with support on your behalf
